We love the location and the amenities. The staff from management to maintenance are extremely friendly and helpful. We especially love the pool on the weekends. It is also very convenient that our garbage is picked up five nights a week at our front door. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice, affordable apartment.

Absolutely love it here! The community and the people are great. Best place I've ever lived. Love the perfect grounds, small town feel, food trucks, how dog friendly it is, etc.

I love the amenities. The gym is very nice. I love going for walks with my wife and dog around the ponds. The general store is very conveniently placed. The food trucks are very nice for nights we don't feel like cooking, and they are always on rotation, so it's always something new.

I really enjoy being here. There are many enjoyable "extras," such as pools and playgrounds for the kids, and a splash pad within walking distance. The food trucks and theater are nice, too. The nearby trail has a lot of turtles and the ducks like the ponds. The office girls put on usually two events a month, which is a great way to meet other residents. The clubhouse in the morning is a great place to go for a snack and decent coffee free to residents. The girls are always friendly and helpful and do so much to make this a great place to live for everyone here. And Freeport has an excellent school system that has been phenomenal with my young son growing and learning.

It's great here! Everyone is friendly and helpful when I have any questions. The entire community is beautiful and kept clean constantly. I would suggest everyone searching for a place to stay around the area take Hammock Bay into consideration.

It's been a great experience living here. I'm a walker and feel safe. Had no problems. I couldn't have picked a better area to live. It's been the best apt experience I've had so far... The prices are a bit high but comparable to other apts in the area. The parking can be challenging at times. I wind up parking far away from my bldg. That seems to be the worst issue. I think they are working on fixing that problem now. I'm only moving out due to moving to Central Florida with my job. I'll give another review when I move out and let you know how the move out goes.

Currently living in Central Park and love it, really looking forward to experiencing the new apartment in a few weeks and all it has to offer. It's like a hidden oasis right in the middle of hammock bay.

We just renewed for another year and really like it here. Summer and her team are so nice and professional and go out of their way to help. Maintenance requests after handled quickly and thoroughly.
